Swing set built for two….

I apologize for the photos before I even post them….they’re not the best.  I took most of them out of my back door directly into the sunlight.

My Pop gave me this really neat seat he made for my hummingbirds.  He has one in his yard and when Lisa and I admired it, he made one for each of us.  Today I quickly shot some pix of what I believe to be a momma hummingbird and her baby sitting on it.

DSC_0006 (2)  I think momma is imparting some words of wisdom here….maybe “Do what you can do and let the rough end drag…”

DSC_0015 “Rough end?  Rough end of what, Mom?”

DSC_0006The bronze hummer spins in the breeze and was moving….sorry about the quality of the shot.

DSC_0005  How many hummers to you see in this shot and how many are real?

Thanks, Pop, for the swing…I’m really enjoying watching the hummers enjoying it.

Your pop is certainly an artiste. I love the color. What is the material it's made from? You got a couple outstanding shots of the hummers!

Cool photo! I want one of those! Of course I don't think Sluggo would let anyone share the swing with him.

Tracy, you can probably get Lisa's. She says she has dumb hummers who don't know how to use it. :)

Yes, my hummers are dumb! I have moved it all over the place and no takers! Tracy, you are welcome to it!!! Maybe you will have better luck. I even have one of those spinning metal hummer thing-a-ma- gigs and they don't sit on that either...but you can't have it!!! Oh well, maybe next year I'll get a better breed of hummers!!! Nancy I love the photos, I don't care what you say....they are great.
