This little guy is a Verdin. I call all little birds like this pippie birds because of the sounds they make.
They enjoy the humming bird feeder also.
I do chase the finches off the humming bird feeder, but just don’t have the heart to chase these cute guys away.

My woodpecker has been coming back and eating out of the feeders in my Hearts and Flowers!
What a little sweetie. He is balanced so perfectly on the chain in the last picture. All I have are pigeons and mourning doves!
he is a cute little guy...at one of the houses of a family i am working with they have a whole family of hummingbirds that fy right up to you...so magical...
