due to weather.
It was pouring rain when I took this shot (from the safety of the back porch). The doves hunkered down through the downfall and then promptly left once the rain stopped.
I’m not grounded due to the weather though. I’m off to spend the day with my BFF, Annie. I will, of course, have my camera with me.

It seems to have rained more in Phoenix since I left than the last three years that I lived there!
Why do groups of birds, when perching, almost always face the same direction?

How funny! I just got back from the other side of the mountains and am glad to hear I can win something. Now maybe I will go play baseball with the oldtimers. Keep me young too. LOL. MB
Pouring with rain here too. I wish the pigeons would stay in the trees here rather than relieve themselves on my windowsills like they invariably do. Sorry 'bout that! :-)
