This is a big race weekend here in Phoenix for NASCAR fans. I don’t go to the races myself, but love seeing the change that comes over the town when the boys are here.
The restaurants get full and the streets get crowded. Not something I’m normally a fan of, but the economy really needs the boost. So I deal with it. :)
I don’t know how it always happens, but we seem to have rain on the race weekend.
Glad they keep coming back for more.

That's pretty cool. I had never thought about the trucks that bring the cars in and how snazzy they might be.
nice..i have been to the races and they are quite fun...funner than i thought they would be...pretty cool seeing all the trucks too...
Aren't the trucks beautiful - all bright and shiny. I'm not a fan of the races either, I've never been to one. The trucks sure look good though
I miss the old duck - even if he was a quack.
I'm not a racing fan either, but it sure would be fun to see all the big trucks. I can't help but be reminded of the kids movie "Cars".
