Last night Greg and I went to our grandson’s last Little League game of the season. It was a lovely night – sweater weather even.
Sadly, Joseph’s team didn’t win, but they played some very good baseball. Final score 6-5.
He’s a winner in our book no matter what the score was. Don’t you just love that smile????

Oh, he's so cute! Sounds like a lot of fun!
Yep! That smile!!!! He LOOKS like a ball player.
MY grandson played violin in the beginner's orchestra last week. (I'm his teacher!) It was GREAT!!! SO proud, are we not of our young'uns?
Nice ambiance...
I love the great smile on the last picture....

He's a winner! I would claim him any day! It was a close game, and those are fun, stimulating, I remember very well. Cheers for him, and for your mending foot. Here's a toast to being reasonable about your activity. I was totally unreasonable in the garden last week, and paid for it with three days of pain. So here's to patience!
Yes I do love the smile and... sunflower seeds...
the important point is the competition and have lots of fun playing the game, isn't it?
He is so handsome, adorable smile!
God bless you all!

He looks so grown up!
What a great looking kid with an awesome smile! Fun stuff!
How fun, it's been a long time since I've been to a Little League game. Your grandson is so handsome, great smile!
Bet it was fun time!
He's adorable! My girls are so far very girly-girls (which I SO wasn't!) so I think I'm destined to ballet performances and piano recitals rather than sports.
What a handsome young man! Sounds like a great way to spend and evening.
Oh, yes, an award-winning smile! You know what they say about winning - oh, I just forgot what they said but it's obvious he's getting the right message from all his family support. You must be one happy grandma!
P.S. Every time I open your blog I am again amazed at your photo of bees sipping water. It gives a little additional perspective of how we are all the same, doesn't it?
Oh I missed this post! Yes! It isn't always about winning anyway, it's taking part that matters!
