Soaking up the sun….

Yesterday afternoon I made it down the steps and outside to soak up a little sun. Millie, the wearer of nasturtium berets, decided she’d join me.

Here is some of my world as seen from my chair.

My Freesias are blooming but I’m not ready to venture out and see them close up.

You all know of my love of dragon flies. This one soaks up the sun also and then glows at night.

Nasturtiums are a favorite of mine also. In part because through last year’s photos of Nasturtiums, I met Ramblin’ Kathy and we have become friends.  Life is good.

Good that you got out. It is too nice to be cooped up inside. That is what summer is for. :-)

Thank you, thank you, thank you for remembering to plant nasturtiums. With the move and all the "new" around me and my life these past three months, the first I thought of them was about two weeks ago and I groaned at my forgetfulness. So pop a couple in a salad for me! And thanks for being such a wonderful blogging buddy. Remember when we used to have pen pals? Uh-oh! Showing my age!

What a cute companion to share the outdoors with. Nasturtiums are one of my favorites too. These are so beautiful.

I am glad you can say 'life is good'. because it is---look at the beauty that surrounds you and a happy pup AND you went outside.

It looks like a lovely place to not be able to leave! Hope you heal quickly. Yes, my little ones are better, thanks for asking! My three-year-old still sounds like a huskier version of Lauren Bacall, but she's running around as usual.
